Projects which do not meet these thresholds, but will disturb more than one acre of surface area require the submittal of a Construction Notification at least 48 hours prior to commencing any construction activities.<\/p><p>The requirements and process are relatively simple, with our main value add being the convenience and peace of mind knowing you have an accurate and practical plan, approved by SJVAPCD, with minimal effort on your part. We will make sure the control measures fit your preferences and you fully understand them before breaking ground.
